Welcome to my online art gallery. I hope, as you browse through my art you find the pleasure and thrill that I have had creating each of the pieces displayed. 

Growing up in Kolkata, India, I was always fascinated by art and culture. I graduated from the Government Art College in Kolkata, India with a degree in Fine Arts. Due to my extensive stint as an expat living in Nigeria, I learnt and loved the African art.  Most of my work depicts a union of Indian and African art, two very vivacious and colorful cultures.

I use the oil medium more frequently than others. I have done work on a variety of mediums such as water colors, charcoal, litho to name a few. I have also done a number of batik pieces on silk and cotton.
